Inner strength and ability to issue energy are indispensable for excellence in Tuishou. Training with Long Pole brings practical experience in both issuing energy and building up inner strength, making Long Pole perfectly suited to the practice of Tuishou - at any level.

Tuishou, as the entire Yangjia Michuan Taijiquan curriculum, requires life-long learning. I recommend beginning your practice of Tuishou and Long Pole as early in your Yangjia Michuan Taijiquan life as possible.
