This year, the ROC-Taiwan Yangjia Michuan Taijiquan Association's annual fall demonstration and celebration of 58 Years of Yangjia Michuan Taijiquan in Taiwan, was held Sunday, October 5, 2008 in Xindian.
Included in the demonstration program was be a 300-person Group Demonstration of Yangjia Mchuan Taijiquan in preparation for a Group Demonstration by the ROC-Taiwan Yangiia Michuan Taijiquan Association during the opening ceremonies of the Second Taijiquan World Cup, to be held in Taipei Oct. 18, 19.

Our Liguria/Italy workshop,

YEN-NIEN SUMMIT HOUSE OPENS IN ITALY
The Yen-nien Summit House opened its doors to its first inhabitants May 5, 2008. It is located in the Maritime Alps of Northwest Italy at an altitude of 720m. A small house and its surrounding terraced land (restanco) is available to advanced Yangjia Michuan Taijiquan players and initiates of the Gold Mountain Daoist School of Internal Alchemy for practice and advanced work with Julia Fairchild and Anne Dourday. By appointment only.
The Yen-nien Summit House was founded by Julia Fairchild, Anne Dourday, Petra Schmalenbach and Gerhard Boeden based upon Wang Yen-nien's wishes to complete his dreams of a small Daoist community where one would be able to live simply and in harmony with nature and in accordance with Daoist practices and principles.
